We hereby inform you that PM partners' meeting convened in notary session on December 6th, 2016 to approve and sign a capital increase of EUR 2 million. Therefore, current PM Srl share capital achieves a total of EUR 2,500,000.00 fully paid up.
Such an increase has been approved by the ownership for the purpose of making our company even more solid, competitive and able to face and overcome the many global challenges that constantly occur.
